Learn More About Your Team

The Monfiston Firm was founded on the premise that the insured should not be taken advantage of by large insurance companies. This is why we represent Florida policyholders, many of whom are unaware of the full extent of their property insurance benefits, and are either deceived or intimidated into accepting a denial or underpayment of their claim.

The insurance company has a team of lawyers. So should you. Meet the team that is ready to fight for you:

Daniel Monfiston, Esq.
CEO
Legal/Executive

Policyholders pay large insurance companies for the sole reason of knowing their rights and property will be protected should the unthinkable happen. So when these large property insurance companies fail to abide by their fiduciary duty of protecting their policyholder, you need to know where to go to ensure your rights are protected.

Daniel has been fighting to level the playing field against large insurance companies his entire professional career. As founder and CEO of The Monfiston Firm, P.A, Daniel has dedicated his practice to the representation and advocacy of policyholders in disputes against large insurance companies throughout Florida. He firmly believes that policyholders enter into insurance contracts with large insurance companies for one thing only: peace of mind.  So when these large insurance companies fail to comply with their contractual obligation of making their policy holders whole, and fail to treat their insureds with respect and fairness, you need to know where to go to make sure those rights are protected.

Michael Campagna, Esq.

Since then, he has established himself as a formidable and capable insurance industry litigator as a member of the Florida Bar. When he’s not fighting for the rights of policyholders, Michael is a thrill-seeker. He enjoys traveling to different parts of the world and immersing himself in new and unique cultures. His favorite weekend hobby is recreational skydiving (since 2011 he has accumulated more than 800 jumps, obtaining both an advanced jumper D-license, and a coach rating).
